This weekend, it's on ... it's on like Donkey Kong! What does this mean, you ask? It means that it's finally time for another photographical expedition of epic proportions in Southern Arizona, and quite possibly Southern New Mexico! It's been SO long, I can hardly wait! Possible targets: the Empire Ranch (near Vail, AZ); Fourr's Fort (near Cochise, AZ); Lil' Boquillas Ranch (near Tombstone, AZ); Bisbee, AZ; Clifton, AZ; Douglas, AZ; and Silver City, NM. Way too many places to hit 'em all in such a limited time, but we'll see what we can do. Saturday night will be spent in Tombstone for Helldorado Days! My partner in crime for this mission

I haven't taken any new pictures in so long, I can't even remember the last time! I hate that. It seems that all of my usual places to go take pictures are on fire right now. The Chiricahua National Monument, one of my favorite locations has been surrounded by the Horseshoe 2 fire since it started on May 8. Luckily, after being unable to find out much about the fire or the Monument, I decided to call the Visitor's Center. I actually was surprised that not only were they answering the phone, but the lady I spoke to put my mind at ease.
